How do I know if an item is in stock or when it will ship?
If the item is out of stock but still available, it will ship in 1-5 days (depending on where in the shipping cycle we are).
If the item is drop shipped, it will be shipped in 1-3 days depending on the supplier.
If the item is in stock and the order is placed by 4pm PST, we will make a best faith effort to ship same day.
Free shipping?
All domestic shipping on orders over $50 is free.
International shipping currently requires USPS priority or above except to select countries.
Which carrier is used for free shipping?
Free shipping goes out via the least expensive method. For small packages, that's usually USPS. For larger packages it's via Fedex. USPS packages are usually delivered in 1-3 days. In rare cases USPS will take longer to deliver a package. If you have a deadline for your package please contact us directly so we can get you an expedited shipping service.
Can you ship to a different address than my billing address?
In order to reduce the incidence of fraud we will require one of the following:
A scan or a photo of the card used to make the purchase.
The name, last 4, and expiration date must be clearly visible.
Include a phone number with your order.
For security purposes, please OBSCURE THE FIRST 12 DIGITS.
If you use an American Express card, please OBSCURE the 4 digit CVV code on the front.
A scan or photo of a utility bill from the last 30 days.
The name and billing address on the utility bill must match the credit card.
A copy of the letterhead with your address on it from the bill is sufficient. Most utility bills have a payment stub. This is also sufficient.
