First responder and Military Discounts
Shaolo Gear offers an extended discount to all first responders and military personnel. The intent of our 1st responder discount is to give people the gear they need now without making them wait for sales.
We do on occasion offer special deals above and beyond. Please notify us if you would like to be added to our separate First Responder mailing list.
To be eligible you must be active duty, reserve military or a currently employed first responder. Retired individuals with 20+ years of service are also eligible for the discount. You have earned it and we thank you for your service!
Steps to signing up:
- If you haven't already, set up an account with us online. You can do so by clicking "Become a member" on the top right hand corner of our site.
- Email or fax us a copy of your First Responder or Military credentials in the form of one of the following:
- An e-mail sent from your .mil, .gov, .state, issued e-mail address (we will accept some .org addresses for credentials). Send the email to sales@shaologear.com.
- Scan and email sales@shaologear.com a document on the letterhead of your department with your name and a contact number.
- Email a copy of your (retired) military or FR identification card (please black out any sensitive information).
Once received, we will enable your account and discounts will be applied automatically if you're logged in. Our phone number and email address can be found here.
